Shipping and Returns

Western Welder Outfitting stands behind the quality of our clothing and products. We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you do not see your question answered below, please contact Customer Service at support@westernwelderoutfitting.com Mon-Fri, 9a – 3pm, EST.

Shipping time is 2-3 weeks from the placement of your order.

We ship via UPS, Fed EX, and US Mail. With every order, you’ll receive detailed tracking information as soon as your product ships. From there, you can track your delivery through the dedicated carrier service.

We custom logo our products. Please allow time to receive your order.

You can track your package using the tracking code provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We are not responsible for packages that have been lost or stolen that have proof of being delivered by our provided carrier. We will provide any necessary information to the customer to investigate on their own.

 If you received a damaged item please contact us within 30 days of purchase for refund instructions and return approval. Refund will be issued to original card used for purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement. Please contact your bank prior to contacting us if you do not see the refund in your account. Some banks take a little longer. *No refunds for purchases made in error. Exchange only, for equal value or store credit.

We do not pay, credit or refund for shipping. Returned products must be in original unused condition.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be refunded or exchanged. Once a return or exchange has been approved, you will need to submit your full name, order number, photo of tracking number and what you need, (whether that is an exchange or a refund) to us by email.

We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. Please track your return responsibly to insure it arrives safely. Once it has returned, notify us by email so we can verify the return and do the exchange or refund if we approved it.
